#011: HOW TO OVERCOME FEELINGS OF INADEQUACY 

Summary:

inadequacyIn this episode I respond to what 46% of those who participated in the survey I did using Survey Monkey on the question of “what topic would you like to hear discussed on this podcast. The overwhelming question was “how to overcome feelings of inadequacy.” This was one of the things that kept them stuck in life and would be one of the main obstacles that prevented them from finding, living and loving the life they envisioned.

I had a discussion with someone who asked the question “what if you don’t know what your best life is like, how do you find it?” These were very good questions, which I addressed within the podcast as I explained the process of elimination.

The following three ways were given as to how to make it happen:

  1. Make an appointment to see a therapist
  2. Dispute core beliefs also known as strong ideas
  3. Develop current strengths that have been identified

The above ideas were expanded within the podcast.
